Introducing Trail Speed: A NORCO Race Division & Gradient Coffee Collab

Guatemala and Brazil Blend - Medium Roast (2.5/5)

Few things go together as well as coffee and bikes, and on the World Cup circuit NORCO Race Division goes through a lot of the stuff. You could say the whole squad are connoisseurs by this point, we know it gives the mechanics the extra edge when they need it, hopefully it can lend you the marginal gains you need to crush that next ride!

Born from experience and testing, this race-tuned blend of Brazil and Guatemalan origins hits the sweet spot. If it was a bike, it would be playful and sporty and a great all-arounder. Solidly medium roast, Trail Speed has a slight hint of brightness (acidity) backed with a robust, full bodied chocolate-nut flavor. Plays well with all brewing methods, especially the Race Division espresso machine in the pits.

For a typical cup of coffee (using about 20g per cup):

Two cups per day:

  • You use about 40g of coffee per day (280g per week)
  • One 12 oz (340g) bag will last you about 8-9 days
  • A 1 lb bag would last about 2 weeks

General weekly estimates:

  • 1 cup/day: One 12 oz bag lasts about 2 weeks
  • 2 cups/day: One 1 lb bag would be perfect for 2 weeks
  • 3-4 cups/day: A 2 lb bag would last about 3 weeks
  • Heavy coffee drinker or household with multiple coffee drinkers: Our 5 lb bag offers the best value

Note: For French Press or cold brew, you might use slightly more coffee per cup, so consider sizing up to ensure you don't run out!
