At Gradient Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering exceptional coffee and service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURN GUIDELINES

Unopened Products

  • Full refund available for unopened bags of coffee returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be in original packaging and unused

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
     

Opened Products

  • If you're unsatisfied with the coffee after trying it, contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • We'll work with you to either:

    • Replace the coffee with another roast of your choice

    • Issue a full refund (no return necessary for opened coffee products)
       

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom ground coffee (unless there was an error in grinding)

  • Bulk orders over 5lbs (unless damaged during shipping)

  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards
     

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include order number and photos of damaged products if applicable

  • We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including any shipping costs
     

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@gradientcoffee.ca

  • Include your order number and reason for return

  • Wait for our response with return instructions (within 24 hours)

  • Follow provided shipping instructions if returning unopened products
     

Subscription Orders

  • Subscription orders can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time

  • Refunds for subscription orders follow the same guidelines as regular orders

  • Changes must be made at least 48 hours before scheduled processing date
