  • Can I visit your roastery?
    We're located in the Pemberton Industrial Park. Our roastery is open for tours, retail sales and coffee tastings by appointment.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
  • What are your hours of operation?
    We operate Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Our main roast day is Tuesday, so orders placed by Monday will be roasted fresh on Tuesday and shipped shortly after.

  • How long will my coffee take to arrive?
    We roast and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days within BC, and 3-7 business days for the rest of Canada.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within Canada and the US to ensure our coffee reaches you at peak freshness.
  • What are your shipping rates?
    We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within BC. Standard shipping rates start at $12 for BC and vary by province. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to monitor your delivery.
  • How fresh is your coffee when I receive it?
    We roast to order, meaning your coffee is typically roasted within the week. Our roast days are Tuesday. Each bag is marked with the roast date.
  • How long does coffee stay fresh?
    For optimal flavor, we recommend enjoying our coffee within 4-6 weeks of the roast date. Store in a cool, dry place in the sealed bag with the one-way valve.
  • What grind size should I choose?
    Whole Bean - Best for maximum freshness French Press - Coarse grind Drip/Pour Over - Medium grind Espresso - Fine grind If you're unsure, let us know your brewing method and we'll select the right grind.
  • Do you sell decaf?
    Yes! Our Swiss Water Process decaf is roasted with the same care as our regular coffees.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes! Contact us for wholesale pricing and program details. We supply cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and offices throughout BC.
  • Are your coffees organic/fair trade?
    We source a mix of certified organic, fair trade, and direct trade coffees. Each coffee's certifications are listed in its description.
  • What's your roasting style?
    We roast to highlight each coffee's unique characteristics. Generally, our roasts range from light-medium to medium-dark, with detailed tasting notes provided for each coffee.
  • What are your environmental practices?
    We use: Compostable coffee bags Minimal packaging Carbon-neutral shipping Energy-efficient roasting equipment Local partnerships to reduce our footprint
  • What if I'm not satisfied with my coffee?
    We want you to love our coffee! If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right.
  • Do you offer a freshness guarantee?
    Yes! If you receive coffee that's not fresh, we'll replace it immediately.
